This Privacy Policy explains how Numonis Portugal, LDA ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data when you visit numonis.com.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD), and Portugal's Law 58/2019.

2. What data we collect
Contact and enquiry data: if you fill in a contact form or send us an email, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message.
Booking data: if you schedule a call through our online booking tool, we collect your name, email address, and the date and time you select.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is collected automatically when you browse numonis.com.
Cookie data: as described in Section 6 below.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to respond to your enquiries, understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal basis
Responding to enquiries is based on your consent or our legitimate interest in handling communications. Website analytics are based on our legitimate interest in understanding site performance, or your consent where required for non-essential cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward. Technical and analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymised form.
8. Third parties
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers that process data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements: our website hosting provider, Google Analytics (website analytics), and Cal.com (call scheduling).
