Your accountant
watches the
tax calendar

Quarterly returns, invoices, receipts, the Renta: the paperwork ends up competing with the work you’re actually paid for. Leave it to the last week of the quarter and it’s easy to miss a deadline.

You send documents from your phone or your computer through the Numonis platform. Your accountant prepares and checks every return, and you get a reminder before each deadline, so you know how much to set aside for tax.

What your accountant takes off your hands

Some of this depends on your plan, and your accountant will help you pick the one that fits the way you work.

  1. Quarterly VAT and IRPF

Each quarter your accountant checks and files whichever of the Modelo 303 and 130 apply to you, and the 111 or 115 if you withhold tax.

  2. Annual returns and Renta

The annual summaries your activity calls for, such as the 390, 190 or 347, and your income tax return, which comes with every plan.

  3. Registration and RETA

We file your Modelo 036 and register you with Social Security, then deal with contribution base changes, flat-rate extensions and sick leave paperwork.

  4. Invoicing ready for VERI*FACTU

You send invoices from the Numonis platform, which is ready for VERI*FACTU and SII and costs nothing extra. It also keeps a digital archive of your documents.

  5. Accounting and a monthly close

On Manage and Grow, your accountant looks after your accounts, reconciles the bank and closes each month with a P&L, for up to 3 activities or income sources.

  6. Your first employee

With Grow, a dedicated labour specialist does the payroll for 1 employee and the Social Security filings that go with it.

Leave the next 303 to your accountant.

What people ask before joining Numonis

Which plan do I need?

Comply covers your quarterly and annual filings and your Renta. Manage adds bookkeeping, reconciliation and a monthly close, for up to 3 activities or income sources. Grow adds financial reporting, payroll for one employee and notification management. Your accountant will help you choose.

Is my Renta included?

Yes, in every autónomo plan. We use the figures from your activity and ask you for anything else that affects the return, such as other income or changes in your personal or family situation.

Do I have to file the Modelo 130?

Not always. Some professionals are exempt from the quarterly payment under the 70% rule on income with withholding. Your accountant checks this when they look at your case, along with the other returns that apply to you.

Can I switch gestoría in the middle of the year?

Yes. We organise the handover and can contact your current accountant to collect your accounts, invoices and the returns already filed, and agree who files the current quarter.

Can you register me as a new autónomo?

Yes. We file your Modelo 036 with Hacienda and register you with Social Security. The Social Security registration costs €50 + VAT on its own and is free with a Comply, Manage or Grow subscription.
