step by step
Setting up an SL in Spain means reserving a name, signing at a notary, registering with the Mercantile Registry and the Tax Agency, and getting a tax ID before you can send invoices.
We coordinate every step and every party, and your accountant is there from the first day, so your new company starts trading with its accounts and taxes already in order.

FAQ
What people ask before joining Numonis
How much does it cost to set up a company with Numonis?
Our fee for setting up an SL is €280 + VAT. It covers the name reservation, incorporation, provisional and final tax ID, tax registration and initial setup. Notary and registry fees are paid separately.
How long does it take to set up an SL?
It depends on how quickly the name is reserved and on the notary’s and registry’s timelines. We give you a plan with the expected dates in your first call.
Do I need to be in Spain to set up a company?
Tell us about your situation in your first call. Foreign partners need a Spanish tax ID (NIE) and the notary signing has its own requirements; we explain what applies to you.
What happens after the company is set up?
Your company is ready to send invoices from the Numonis platform, and the accountant who helped set it up can manage its accounts, file its taxes and handle payroll if you hire.
Should I be an autónomo or set up an SL?
It depends on your income, your risk and your plans. An accountant can compare both with your numbers before you decide.
