01 / How it works
What your accountant does with your Amazon settlements
- Records your Amazon sales as income, with their VAT.
- Separates the sales, refunds and Amazon's fees in each settlement.
- Records the fees as an expense and, if Amazon invoices them from another EU country, accounts for their VAT under the reverse charge.
- Matches the net amount of each settlement with what arrives in your bank.
How it connects
- 01
You connect your seller account
From the Numonis platform, once.
- 02
Your settlements arrive on their own
Every Seller Central settlement, with sales, refunds and fees kept apart.
- 03
Your accountant checks the first month
They make sure the net amount matches the bank and settle how your sales and fees are recorded.
- 04
Every settlement, matched
From then on they match each one with your bank and write to you if something doesn't add up.
02 / Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to download reports from Seller Central?
No. Once your account is connected, your settlements reach the platform on their own. Your accountant only asks you if something doesn't match.
What if I sell to customers in other EU countries?
Your accountant checks which VAT each sale carries and tells you if you need to file through the One Stop Shop (OSS).
What if I also sell through my own shop?
You connect Shopify or WooCommerce too, and your accountant matches all your sales with your bank.
