01 / How it works
What your accountant does with your Stripe data
- Records each payment as income, with its date and its customer.
- Separates Stripe's fee from the amount collected and records it as an expense, with the invoice Stripe issues.
- Matches each Stripe payout with what arrives in your bank.
- Tells you if a refund or a dispute changes the quarter's income.
How it connects
- 01
You connect your Stripe account
From the Numonis platform, once.
- 02
Your data arrives on its own
Every payment, fee and payout, and Stripe's monthly fee invoice.
- 03
Your accountant checks the first month
They make sure everything matches the bank and settle how your income is recorded.
- 04
Every month, matched
From then on they match each payout with your bank and write to you if something doesn't add up.
02 / Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to send you anything from Stripe?
No. Once Stripe is connected, your payments, fees and payouts reach the platform on their own. Your accountant only asks you if something doesn't match.
What if I take payments through Stripe and another gateway?
Tell us which one and we connect it too. Your accountant matches all your payments with the transactions in your bank.
What about refunds and disputes?
They come through with the rest of your Stripe data. Your accountant records them and tells you if they change what you'll pay for the quarter.
