Banks

Bank connection and Numonis

Connect your accounts through open banking and your transactions reach the platform on their own. Your accountant matches them with your invoices and receipts.

The banks you can connect

You connect each account once, from the platform. If you bank with several, you connect them all. Bank not on the list? Tell us which one and we'll connect it.

What your accountant does with your transactions

  • Matches each transaction with its invoice or receipt.
  • Writes to you when a payment has no invoice, to ask for it.
  • Records the bank's fees and your direct debits.
  • If you have accounts at several banks, matches them all together.

How it connects

  1. 01

You pick your bank in the platform

From the Numonis platform, from the list of banks.

  2. 02

    You give your consent

The platform takes you to the open banking flow, where you agree to share your account transactions.

  3. 03

Your transactions arrive on their own

No statements to download or email.

  4. 04

    Your accountant matches them

With your invoices and receipts, and writes to you if something doesn't add up.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to send you my bank statements?

No. Once the account is connected, your transactions reach the platform on their own. Your accountant only writes to you if a payment has no invoice or something doesn't match.

Can you move money out of my account?

No. The consent you give lets us see your account transactions, not make payments or transfers.

Can I connect accounts at more than one bank?

Yes. You connect each one from the platform and your accountant matches them all together.

What if my bank isn't on the list?

Tell us which one and we'll connect it.
